Opening the Golden Envelope

Giving, they say, is better than receiving except, of course, when you’re receiving an award. Although, based on my experience last night, giving an award is still a remarkably fun experience.
Along with Lee Harris, Hub’s first editor, now publisher, I was invited to give the award for Best Collection at this year’s British Fantasy Awards. Now, thanks to the wonders of modern technology, here’s our introduction in full:
